This panel will explore faculty retirement from a variety of perspectives. Included are viewpoints of panelists who have been retired for 5+ years, those newly retired, and those planning for retirement in 2-5 years. The panel will discuss issues of financial planning, managing career progression and the decision to retire, and building a successful work/life balance before and in retirement.
